Consider the differences between our Thoughts and Soul Perceptions

Good morning, it is your teacher, Augustine. Today I wish for you to perform an exercise. When you speak your mind, I want you to indicate, and to be honest, whether you feel this is a guidance that comes from your soul, or a thought that is of your mind. And I do not want you to feel or to judge that any of these words and thoughts that you speak are not of value. But if you list upon paper a synopsis of your thoughts; one paper shall have what is believed to be guidance and one will be what is believed to be of your thinking that originates from you alone. And I know this may feel a bit terrifying, but it is a good exercise so that you will come to recognize what truly is guidance and what truly is speculation. And I tell you, you will be surprised at what comes. You will feel within your hearts what is important and you will know that God is indeed influencing each one of you and very often the thoughts of your mind have within them the seeds of guidance and it is our hope that you will see what is indeed the seed and what is indeed the interpretation.
And thus, we will begin our exercise of understanding the desires and guidance of our souls, the Will of our Heavenly Father, that which is born of Love and that which is born of the mind. It is important to learn this, my beloveds, to discern these two parts and to come to clarity and understanding of Truth.
You each have much to say, and you each must be strong enough to express yourselves and you each must trust one another and love one another and understand that each is loved equally by the Heavenly Father. Each is a precious soul that has something to give and if you feel unworthy or afraid, then you will not give your gifts to the others but hold on to it in fear and doubt. This is not what is required here, my beloveds, be bold, be joyous. At times you must laugh at the ridiculousness of your own thoughts and at other times to stand in awe of your wisdom. This is what it is to be human and, my beloveds, acknowledge your own beauty, acknowledge your own humanness, but most of all acknowledge your own souls.
You need to do this, to begin to trust the power of the Love that resides within you, and to laugh at your own illusions and delusions and to come to that place of wisdom and true knowing. So, my beloveds, beautiful, beautiful souls, I ask you to be in that flow of God’s Love and express yourselves in loving refrain, in laughter and joy. This is not so serious that you cannot laugh. This is not so important that you cannot express silliness. For in laughter and joy comes great wisdom, profound thoughts.
You are all embraced by God at this moment and shall be for these days to come. Speak your truth and be willing to receive the truth of others. God bless you, my beloved students, and we will speak again as you embark upon this journey together. God bless you and good luck and God speed.
