Bring Awakening to other Parts of the World

I am Yogananda. I have come to reinforce my guidance that I gave some time ago about traveling in my homeland of India.
You see you live in a very sheltered place, a country that has vast spaces where its population more or less is well fed and cared for. You have great freedoms here, material benefits. You are able to travel and be with one another in harmony. To many of those in my country, this situation in which you live would seem like paradise. When you travel to my country, you will have the opportunity to learn and perceive the vast differences and inequalities of humanity in this world.
How blessed you are, my friends, to live as you do. You are doubly blessed because you understand the science of the soul and how the blessings of God can change you, heal you and bring you great joy. Where many in my country continue to struggle just to have their material needs met. Yes, there are those who are quite spiritual indeed, but are somewhat restricted by their beliefs and the old traditions of an old culture. Where in this place you live a very new culture that allows for many differences and possibilities and experimentations. I learned much when I came to this continent and saw the newness of the world that was being created by your brothers and sisters. How I longed to bring that fresh awakening to my brothers and sisters.
So I have urged you to travel to India to bring this awakening, to be a channel of God’s Love and Will in the world and for you, too, to see from a different perspective what life is like in other parts of this world, and to learn and grow and have compassion, to know the power of Love wherever you are, to bring teachings and give some manifestation, to show to others, not so much through your words which may indeed be spoken and may indeed be beautiful, but more powerfully through the Love that you express and how you touch another soul with your Love and your acceptance, to be that channel of Love that God has created within your precious soul , to walk in this world, a world that is so different from where you now reside, and to walk with faith and the strength that is required to navigate these conditions.
I too was challenged when I came to America, a world so very different from mine and God sustained me. I came to talk of Love, the power of Love, the power of the ancient wisdoms that I had learned. Many benefited from what I had to give and to teach. Now I ask you my friends to give and to teach to those in my country who can benefit from your fresh eyes, your beautiful smiles and your loving attentions upon the humble citizens of my country.
You will find many surprises there and of course challenges. But God will guide you, show you the way, as you navigate my country and seek to serve your brothers and sisters there. I will be with you very strongly and many others will help to guide you through.
Do not fear that the influence of those in this country will change your understanding of truth to such a degree that you will give up your path. If this is your fear, my beloveds, it is unfounded. This instrument is confused, he does not see a clear perspective or purpose to this journey and so he too must go on faith. It is not his responsibility in terms of what must take place. No, this is God, guiding each one of you and each one has a responsibility to add to the whole in terms of clarity and understanding as to what direction must be taken. I urge this instrument to let go of his sense of responsibility in this way but to trust the wisdom that you all share together. This desire to serve will bring many wondrous and memorable experiences in the country of India.
So I say God bless you, beloved souls. May you continue to flourish in this Love and grow in the understanding of God’s Will. God bless you, God bless you.
