Encourages the Expressions of our Souls

God bless you, beloved friends. I am Keea Atta Kem, your old friend who has been with you many times. On many different occasions, I have been close. Today I wish to speak of the vitality of the soul. How your soul may be nurtured and that in that nurturing may come to a wakefulness and expression within you and through you. As you well know, the great nurturance of the soul comes with God’s Divine Love. As you pray for this soul to soul, it is awakened and brought alive by Love, the Essence of God.
Unfortunately, the conditions of the Earth are contrary to this awakening and expression. Even the conditions that you bring into yourselves affect the vitality of the soul in regards to its expression. I urge you, my beloved friends, to be clear and bright in your thinking, in your motivations to seek how the soul may be expressed. To go within yourselves each and every day and ask your soul what it is that it wishes to express on this day. What parts of your soul do you wish to have expressed in an outward way through you and around you? For the soul wishes for expression.
As the soul gains vitality and strength, beauty, it wishes to express love and joy, creativity and wisdom and truth. All these things of the soul are bursting to come forth, my friends, and need your permission to do so. At times, it may burst forth spontaneously and beautifully. Yet, often it is repressed by your conditions, your thoughts and the conditions around you.
Thus, you feel that the bursting forth of joy, of love, of light, may be rejected by those around you. For many live in a gloomy and repressed state and may be startled by your demeanour and enthusiasm. Yet, is this not what the world needs, my friends? Joy, love, creativity, all things good and wholesome and vital. Is this not why you pursue God’s Love, that these things within you may come forth, that your true self may be expressed and acknowledged?
You must be the change that the world needs and express that change in creative and beautiful ways, in ways of service to humanity, in ways of bringing joy to all you meet, in ways of speaking truth whenever you have the opportunity to do so. These things help to ensure the vitality of your soul expressed in the world. As this expression continues to deepen and widen and become more intense, so you neutralize the dark conditions that are around you, so you are more open to God, so you are more a child of God expressed and acknowledged in His Love.
Many of you are shy and do not wish to express yourself as I have indicated. Many of you wonder what others might think of you. Many of you do not even understand this expression through you and are somewhat startled by it, wondering the source of it. Yet these things bubble forth within you, my friends. These things are a part of you truly and are the vital part of your true self. They need your expression. They need your acceptance. They need to be practiced and expressed as much as possible so that you may be transformed into that being, that beautiful soul of light that you are meant to be.
The world cannot change if those who are changed within are afraid to express it in their lives. For the world needs examples. The world needs you to be the example. For each of you have received this great gift over and over again. Drop by drop it is changing you and brightening your soul, transforming it and neutralizing anything that is dark and incompatible with love.
Be that soul that you are meant to be. When the gloominess, the darkness comes in, choose light. Neutralize these conditions with light. Do not reinforce them with thoughts that are compatible with them, but be that active agent, that soul that is within you that will neutralize these things and bring joy. This does not mean that you are in a state of denial. It means that you deny the darkness and that you reinforce the light.
That is a choice, my friends. That is a choice. To be in the light always is a choice and I urge you to be in the light. For, as you well know, there is too much darkness, too much that is out of light. We all must be diligent. You on the Earth plane and us in the higher spheres of life must be diligent to help neutralize the darkness. God wishes to use each and every one of us to bring joy and light to the world, to bring love wherever you go.
Express these things within you, that core of your being, and this will neutralize all darkness, all that is not in harmony with love. It takes practice and dedication, effort and discipline. It is the expression of your soul’s desire and your soul’s desire is a reflection of God’s desire to bring light to the world. You must be a part of that great chain of light, the expression of light so that the world may know what light is, the world may feel the warmth and the beauty of light and love expressed and applied in many ways to your life and to those around you.
This brings the vitality forward. This brings greater vitality within. For as you express these things, these things are strengthened and become second nature to you. Be the light, my friends. Be God’s light. Be a vital force in the world and in this way, you do God’s work and you are a part of God’s plan for the transformation and healing of your world.
Be true to your true selves and you will find wonderful things within you that are joyous and beautiful and extraordinary. Each of you have a soul that is extraordinary and unique and has many gifts and aspects to express. Be true to your soul and in this you are true to God, true to life, true to who you are and what you may become.

So, it is his expression, his vitality of love, given to us freely and beautifully on every opportunity, every way that he can. God bless you, beloveds. I love you and Jesus loves you and God loves you. Many love you. Beautiful souls, many love you. God bless you.
