You Must Relinquish Your Need for Control and Align Yourself with God’s Will

God bless you, beloved students of truth. I am your teacher, Augustine. I come to help you to focus more on your spiritual journey. Each of you has certain conditions and distractions in your life that often prevent you from focusing upon the spiritual. They burden you with mindful things. They bring you to a place, often of concern, even fear. There is sorrow as a result of these conditions. Some of you are distracted in other ways, seeking out teachings and individuals’ conditions that are not in alignment with this path. Although they are not untrue, they are of a lower calibre than what you are seeking. For here you have the highest calibre of all in terms of truth and in terms of support.
You receive much from us. We are with you always. There is no letting down or letting go of the commitment that we have toward you. Rather, often because of the earthly conditions, you find yourself drifting away and being consumed by other things. Yet, you have committed and dedicated yourself to a venture that desires to bring the manifestation of Jesus and Celestials into the Earth plane. This is a lofty goal and you have been told as much. You have been told what it requires in order to fulfil this goal.
I am here once again to remind you of what it requires. Daily prayer at the minimum. Keeping your thoughts to the highest is most advantageous. Not being distracted by the conditions of the world, whatever the demands are laid upon you. I know this is the most difficult of all because many of you have very intense demands upon you, but we are here to help. God is here to bless. All are here to support you, to protect you and guide you on your daily paths. I urge you to take full advantage of this support, to be in alignment with God’s Will, not the will of others around you, not your own will of mind, but God’s Will.
If you can do this, then the dilemmas that you face, the conditions that are around you, will be resolved. They will dissolve into harmony rather than being burdensome and difficult. It is a matter of faith, is it not, to be in the world but not of the world? Yet, each of you has indeed worldly responsibilities and concerns. Yet, I ask you, if you are to be teachers of an alternate perspective of the world, if you are to be examples of that perspective, the perspective that leads to harmony, peace, light and love, then if you are caught up in the worldly conditions, in the demands that are intense and constant, how can you teach these things? Are you a worthy example? Are you worthy of this gift of manifestation?
This is the dilemma that we all face, my beautiful students. For we work diligently on your behalf. We are here not only in these circles but each and every day. We make our efforts to uphold you. Yet, it seems not enough. Indeed, daily, you get caught up in material concerns, worries and cares. Do you bring these to God? Yes, to a degree, you do, but you hedge your bets, as you would say. You do your own interventions and expect God to do His, but often these are contradictory. Because you are on the Earth plane, it is your effort that has more power, at least at the moment. For you are not giving your power to God. You are not allowing God to do His work in the way that it can be done, which often is more subtle to begin with, but the outcomes are more sure and more powerful.
Are you able to let go of your need to control, to have the final say, to do what you willingly wish to do? I am not suggesting you become passive. Rather, it is giving time for God to manifest the answer to your prayers and the blessings meant to be. This is faith. This is trust in God. Indeed, it is a powerful example of it if you are willing to allow it to be. My beloved and beautiful students, there will always be challenges. The world is full of challenges. The world is full of pain, heartache and physical challenges, all manner of things, all manner of things that humanity has manifested for itself. For this is not the way the world was meant to be. Yet, we are asking you and you have enlisted yourself in a programme that is to teach and show how the world could be. Yet, you walk these two paths, one of your own will and making and one of God’s.
In time, you must choose. We have told you this more than once. Yet, I fear that when we speak, you listen, and when we finish speaking, you go about your daily life as you have done for many years, with some conditions and corrections that are of light but not enough to truly warrant my saying that you are indeed in harmony with God’s Will, God’s plan and God’s Laws of Love. You are in partial harmony in these things. You have made great effort, I know. I do not mean to denigrate those efforts. Yet, now comes a time when you must fully commit yourselves and let go of these old ways, to confront the element of fear that makes you wish to control your lives, to confront those tiny doubts within your mind, to assess how much you love God and how much you are loved by God.
Many of you will say, “oh, I love God very much and I know God loves me,” and that is clear, certainly within your soul and indeed to a degree within your minds. Yet, there are these other things, these elements that contradict that statement. It is time to flush out those elements, to hold fast with truth and to be truly in alignment with God’s Will. If you hold back and say to yourself, “well, tomorrow I will do better. Tomorrow is a new day,” but that day does not come. For in truth, today is the new day, is the new opportunity to turn over a leaf, to be clear, steadfast, committed to what your soul knows to be true and what your mind so often contradicts.
Look at yourself, my friends. Do so with clarity and honesty. Ask yourself, how much of my life, in my day, is conducted with faith? Indeed, with each of you, a certain portion is truly a reflection of faith. Yet, you need your entire day to be that reflection if you are truly to be teachers of truth, examples showing the way to God. For when you are in that condition, when the clarity and the harmony exist, then a light will shine from you that will draw many to you. How many are drawn now? There are a few, a few who are sensitive enough to see your light, forgive your imperfections and who are looking for guidance. Yes, this is true, but that light needs to shine brightly. Your presence needs to be powerful and compelling. This is all possible if you but engage the truths that you know, follow the laws that have been taught and are true to your souls’ desire and God’s desire for you.
I do not mean to deflate you or to criticise. Yet, there are times when a reminder is necessary that you tend to drift away. Though that drifting is subtle and does not happen all at once, it happens nonetheless. We observe you, beloved souls. We recognise when you are drawn to that which is not of the highest, not of the purest light, not of what you are meant to be, my beloved souls, beautiful students. I come. I do not resist the opportunity to come in this way. Rather, I know, because of my life on Earth, how easy it is to drift away and to be distracted. Through the lessons I have learned, I am well qualified to teach these lessons for you. In comparison, my life was quite wicked, at least most of it. Yours, on the contrary, are not. It is my humble duty to help correct those who are straying from the pure and highest of light, which is God’s Love and that which is the expression of this Love.
I thank you for listening to me. Your teacher is happy to uphold you, to love you, to teach you, so I do and so I am here with you always, my beloved friends.
