Choose Love: Efforts You Make to Bring Light and Change on Earth Will Bring Great Rewards In Spirit

Blessings to you, my friends. I am Barbara. Some of you know who I am. Others have not met me, but I know you. I know each one of you. For each one is a beautiful and bright soul seeking truth, making the effort to be in the light and to come to know God.
My friends, life on this Earth has always been a struggle. There are ups and there are downs. There are difficulties and triumphs. There is joy and sadness. This is part of this Earth, the creation of humanity, rather than the creation of God. These things exist because we have made it so. Yet you, my friends, you are seeking something higher than that of the earthly conditions. You desire to be in light, to know the joy of your own soul, to be a loving channel in the world. I come to encourage you on that journey, for I have not been in spirit that long that I do not remember what the earthly life was like. I want you to know that every effort you make on this world that brings light, that is a light, will benefit you more than you can imagine in the spirit world, and indeed life on this world of yours is short. It is a fleeting time, but a very powerful time, for it is a time of great choice, of great effort, either toward self actualisation or self preservation.
I would encourage you to choose the former and not the latter. Many are in this survival mode and cannot see beyond it, but you are working diligently, each one of you, to come to understand the true meaning of life and the true meaning of life within your life. In this, as my dear Albert and Terry and others have said, it is about the soul. When you have your priorities straight, when you understand that it is the development, awakening and expansion of the soul in Love that is most important of all, then you have the key to great joy and happiness. No matter what happens in the material world, no matter what happens in the events in your life, when you are anchored in Love. When you are anchored within your own soul, then you have a strength that cannot be diminished. You have a wisdom that only grows. You have an understanding, a perspective of life that is balanced, clear and full of love.
What more would you want, my friends, than to have these things? Because I know that each one of you is seeking these things. You are seeking them in many different ways, but still, the goal is the same, to know the joy from within, to be fulfilled, to be in harmony, peace and light, to be that beautiful instrument that you are meant to be, that beautiful channel of love that God wants you to be. My friends, all these things are possible, but you must set the foundation strong and without impediments. That foundation is the Love of God. For when you know this Love, truly know it, when you feel it and you receive it and you feel it working within you, deep within the recesses of your being, then that is the beginning of a new chapter in your life, a beautiful chapter that will have many aspects and pages to it that are magnificent, interesting, surprising, joyful and full of fun.
My friends, as you have experienced today and continue to experience, that experience can be each and every day. Being in that Love and grace of God is knowing the joy of your soul, exalted in Love. This you will carry into the spirit world. You will know the benefits of it with such power, with such precision, that where you reside after this life will be greatly determined by each and every choice you make in this one. Each thought you have, each emotion you have, each choice you make and action as a result of those choices will determine what comes next. Remember that. You carry a big responsibility within yourself, a responsibility to choose light, to choose harmony, to choose truth, to choose love, rather than what so many do, which is in darkness, pain and loneliness, despair and ignorance.
You are the change makers in the world, my friends, the ones who are willing to step forward, the ones who have the power of truth within their grasp. It is for you to decide what you will do with it. What is important as well is that you ask God to use you as His channels of love, as His instruments for peace, for change and for light. This is important, for no man is an island. No man is independent from the great whole of the universe, the great oneness that exists and God is there in the centre of it all, my friends.
When you recognise this and utilise this knowledge so that you may be not only a working part of God’s universe, but one that is integral and is in harmony, then what you wish for, that instrumentality that you long for, those gifts that you hope are within you and want manifest in your life, these things come readily, powerfully as a result of your souls growing within the foundation of God’s Love. It is an important truth. It is the highest truth. I come back to you today to stress this truth, that indeed, if you have learned anything today together, learn that truth. Put it to work for you. Test it out. Try it with prayer. I can assure you that things will happen, that blessings will come and great surprises are in store.
My beautiful friends, God wants you all to be in light and harmony, to have joy and happiness, but you must find the way toward this. It does not come from the material. It does not come by just merely being a good person, although that is helpful. What truly comes is a soul connected with God, a soul that loves God and a soul that recognises and accepts God’s Love. This opens many doors. This awakens many things within you. As Jesus once said, “Seek ye the kingdom and all things shall come unto you”. It is the truth, for the Kingdom is God’s Love and all things that shall come are a part of that Love and a reflection of the goodness within yourself.
May you find your way, my friends, on the Path Divine and find the joy of which I speak and reap the rewards of which I say are there and will come in time. It is for you to decide. It is for you to open yourself and accept. In that, in that humility, that humble way of being, so much can come to you and so much will come to you. Be in the flow and grace of God’s Love, my beautiful friends. All else will come in time. My love is with you. I am Barbara. I love you all and I am here praying with you, as are many, many lights, many Celestial beings, even star beings and seeking souls. This room is full of thousands of souls who seek the light with you and who are here to help you and here to receive guidance and truth, many different purposes and many different souls reflecting those purposes.
